沒想到服務特別好，特温馨。我們去玩百丈祭，前台娜娜特別給我們帶了毛巾，我們要提前下午茶時間，酒店也給我們做了調整。一次很愉快的住宿經歷。點贊！酒店無邊泳池也很棒，夏天去會更好。

酒店很棒，入住很滿意，前台婷婷的服務很熱情，值得推薦！
我們去茶園幫我們安排擺渡車，回來聯繫前台馬上也有擺渡車。效率非常高。
酒店內部的餐飲也很好。我們都在酒店內用餐。晚餐的黃魚很驚艷。午飯是點客房服務，也不需要額外的服務費。
前台給我們升房。小朋友睡著了，也允許我們延遲退房。謝謝酒店提供的服務，給了我們完全的假期。

第一次來文成百丈漈，頭天中午到達酒店，美美吃了一餐，水庫的葱油翹嘴魚特別鮮，酒店裡的小童樂園小朋友很喜歡，休整一夜，第二天一大早吃了酒店的自助早餐就去百丈漈了，八點多到達，坐了電梯，一路上玩的不累又盡興，天氣很好，可能是到的早，清明假期人也不多，期待下次還來這裏玩。中午十一點回到酒店，車也充滿電，又去了劉伯温故里，文成是個好地方，空氣好，這個酒店各方面設施都挺好，服務也好！

離百丈漈景區非常近，酒店很新。因為淡季入住房價也便宜，早餐是半自助，不理解的是晝夜温差很大的情況下還關閉了熱空調

設施：非常完善，比預期的要好很多，房間內物品一應俱全，酒店餐廳，園區內的設施都很新，距離百丈漈僅有一公里多，入住還贈送百丈漈門票
衞生：乾淨整潔，尤其是一進門的大床，讓我眼前一亮，非常大！睡得很舒適！
環境：酒店園區環境優美，綠化很好
服務：酒店工作人員服務非常好，熱情有禮貌，知道去百丈漈還準備了貼心的禮物，小毛巾，口罩，暖寶貼，雨衣等，早上就餐時，還會有工作人員幫忙準備咖啡飲品等
早餐非常好，彌補了早餐吃不上糯米飯的遺憾，早餐種類也很多，總之，超出預期！很棒
